Unemployment in PNG

THE term unemployment can be defined as “degree and diploma without job experience in this nation”.
Bulk of the students graduating from universities and colleges each year are considered ineligible for any employment because of the nil experience they have.
This produce trends on the rate of unemployment every year.
It is becoming chronic and how can the Government eliminate this issue.
It is obvious that the students cannot gain experience unless they are employed.
Hence, the age limit for any employment must be 50-60 years old.
If a person reaches this designated age limit, while employed, they must be given retirement immediately and the chance must go to upcoming ones.
This never been worked out well for ages and there are some very old people still working.
Thus, the rate of unemployment is growing every year.
