Unggai-Bena ‘tops’ service delivery

UNGGAI-Bena district is leading in effective service deliveries in Eastern Highlands, provincial administrator Solomon Tato says.
Tato said that during the sixth anniversary celebration of ‘no fight, stop fight’ campaign at Lahame in Bena last week.
He said after many years of tribal fights, it was becoming the fastest developing district in the province.
“Unggai-Bena district was branded as the fighting district, but it is now a leading district in resolving peace and is now leading in service deliveries. It leads in accepting development projects while its neighbour Henganofi is catching up,” Tato said.
He praised Unggai-Bena MP Benny Allan for leading peace talks.
