Unhappy Digicel customer

I AM disappointment with Digicel taking every single toea worth of units from my phone recently.
I had topped up with K10 worth of units on July 21 but didn’t used it until two days later to use my email.
To my surprise my screen showed I had no credit. Annoyed, I topped up with another K5 on July 25 and tried accessing my email messages within the hour, but to my horror, there was again no credit left.
This is no joke.
Where has my K15 gone to?
If Digicel thinks this is some kind of fun, they better fix it immediately.
