Unhappy with poor service

I BOUGHT a one-day TV sports bundle to watch state of origin game 1 on my phone. Unfortunately, for me and my family back in the village, PlayGo decided to stop working exactly around kick-off time. Can Digicel stop with the misleading advertisements? It needs to refund our money and apologise to people for the deceptive advertisement. I know others were affected as well.
