 COMPETITION leaders University Inter FC face a major hurdle in rivals Rapatona in the main game of the Port Moresby Soccer Super League on Sunday.

The Jackson Ngahan-coached side must play their cards right to beat the Manusians who are fast becoming a major force in the elite competition. 

University have an strong line-up featuring skipper Keith Jiram, Reginald Davani, Alex Davani, Eric Willie, Roland Bala, Ayrton Yagas.

Rapatona on the other hand have six FC Port Moresby players from the National Soccer league competition in Michael Foster, Roniel Igens, Felix Bondaluk, Kelly Jampu and Alwin Komolong. 

The University and Rapatona match promises to be the highlight of the weeke’s Super League action. 

In the other Sunday match,  Cosmos will be out to prove their worth against Momase.

On Saturday, coach Lua Vagi and his Maclaren charges will be out to regain lost pride when they take on the green machine from Murray Barracks, Defence.

With major signing of David Taro from FC POM, the Popondetta team should prove too strong for the soldiers.

 Mungkas will be out to show their true colours against Blue Kumuls.

PS Rutz should not give excuses on their fitness but beat Yamaros for their faithful supporters who frequent the field every weekend to watch them play.
