Union president taking sides?

Letters

THIS relates to an inference by John Paska of Sam Basil as a saviour of the poor workers in Papua New Guinea.
Paska has been the longest serving president of the Trade Union Congress.
He has just risen from slumber to think jumping ship will improve the lives of the suffering workers who are over-taxed and continue to work daily for the sake of their families.
Paska in his presidency over the past decade has been very quiet and actively participating in politics.
He has now risen from the long slumber to change ship and ride with Basil to play the base in 2022.
Basil on the other hand who has been party hopping and shopping; has finally come to think he can use the workers to get his interest served.
It’s shameful for PNG politicians and unions to collaborate in politics leaving the workers to continue to suffer.
Papua New Guineans should read politics between the lines and zero down on such self-serving politicians who disguise their leadership for personal gain.
I think it is fair that the TUC should vote out Paska.
The objectives are all wrong, we already know your ultimate interest in politics.
