Unitech’s zero tolerance policy on alcohol ineffective

I WOULD like to inform the Unitech administration that its zero tolerance policy on alcohol is completely ineffective.
Students continue to smuggle alcohol into the campus and it is common to see drunks vandalising the university’s properties besides harassing female students.
Drunks are seen causing chaos at meal times but the security guards hardly take action.
I suggest that they be sacked.
