University fees

THE University of Goroka council needs to reconsider the decision of 100 per cent upfront payment of the full year’s fee. Given the current status quo of our economy, some parents cannot afford 100 per cent of full year’s fee within the short period of time.
Parents are accustomed to pay upfront payment of 75 per cent and pay the rest after the first semester which is prior to semester two.
