Unpaid super contributions

Why are the Department and Ministry of Finance not making timely payments of employee’s contributions to Nambawan Super for the period 2016-2017.
Is the country broke or rundown or what?
It is an insult on hardworking, retired and former public servants to be denied their entitlements after spending their lives working for the country.
Can the Finance Minister pay all outstanding superannuation dues before paying for other activities?
If this is not done then we the contributors demand criminal and contempt charges be laid under the Superannuation Act against those responsible.
