The university is purposely to provide teacher education training but in the recent past the university has been restructuring more into offering content areas in various disciplines because
of the demand of content specialists required in teaching and industry.
And, therefore, the university has started employing content qualified specialists without teacher training qualifications delivering at the university.
However, the course of the university as observed to be already defeated.
These non-qualified teacher trained professionals who are delivering at the university must be given teacher training so they can be appropriately filled in to the university’s teaching roles.
After all, teacher training is very important in teaching or lecturing environments.
How can a non-teacher qualified personnel organise his or her teaching or lecturing duties without a teacher training background to instil more structured learning in students?
