UPNG rugby league

THE University of PNG rugby league competition is set up for legal students.
It is not a feeder club of any inter-city team.
If you are not student of UPNG, you cannot play in this competition.
This is not a place where you can come and received free handouts.
Main purpose of playing rugby league t UPNG is to avoid mental fatigue or mental stress.
Most student are interested in playing but cannot because of space.
The authority in charge of rugby league at UPNG needs to come up with some effective strategies to eliminate ‘illegal students’ who are playing with ‘legal students’.
