UPNG students facing dilemma

THIS is the third week of semester two for tertiary institutions around the country. The students at University of PNG have already received two or three assignments, but the old computer lab is not yet open because of technical problems. Students use the lab for research and to write their assignments.
Such a minor problem is having a huge effect on the work of many students whose parents cannot buy them a laptop.
This problems will lead to late submissions of work.
The more time students have the better the quality of the work they can produce.
