Use funds wisely

 AS a concerned Lihirian, I would like to comment regarding personal viability training (Sept 30). Since 1995, the Lihir mining project has been funding this training programme. The question I would like to ask is that, which of these level four graduates have become successful businessmen or women on the Island? If there are some successful ones, then why have they not implemented what they have learnt? Why allow foreigners to run their businesses on the island? Please use LSDP funds wisely and build Lihir Island into a modern place.
