Use police vehicles to patrol at night time

The National, Friday February 20th, 2015

ON a Saturday night, I rushed a patient to the hospital.

On my way from Chinatown to the hospital, I overtook a white, tinted 10-seater at DCA sea wall.

Suddenly, the vehicle chased after me with its head lights reflected back to me through my rear mirror that obstructed me from driving and the vehicle almost bumped into us and I thought they were drunkards.

So I kept driving towards the hospital but still the vehicle kept pursuing me all the way from SP Brewery to Brian Bell Home Centre.

Less than a minute later, the vehicle showed up and parked at the SVS warehouse monitoring us and then they took off.

Later we asked the guards who stood there with the mysterious vehicle and they answered, “police”.

Now the point of me addressing this frustration to the public is because the action taken by the police freaked me out until it made me think that it might be the drunkards or rascals pursuing us.

If the police is using an undercover vehicle, then at least horn and ask me to pull over or reduce my speed instead of tailing me.

I appeal to Superintendent Ivan Lakatani, a lot has been said when an incident like this happened and still nothing has happened to our good.

So please, use police vehicle for night patrolling or someone will get shot and you will be blamed.
