LOOK at things from different perspective because there will always be a solution to every problem created by man.
Mapex Training Institute (MTI) executive director Marcus Kara issued the challenge during the MTI Kokopo Campus first-batch graduation in East New Britain (ENB) on Friday.
Kara told the 586 graduates that skills learned should be used for better to benefit and not on the streets for petty crimes or begging.
“All must work together to try to solve the puzzle, find ways to educate our children as it is the way forward,” he said.
“I believe this country will never move forward without education and a skilled population.”
Kara said more alternative education should be provided for children who were pushed out by the formal education system in the country.
He also told the students that since the expansion of Mapex to nine provinces and other planned locations, they had also set up an on job training (OJT) department.
Kara urged the students to send their school documents to the OJT department so they could help them look for jobs.
He also thanked the National Training Council for its support towards skill training for citizens.
