Vacancies frustrating

GOING through the daily newspapers looking for job every day is so frustrating.
There is always some vacancy available but the problem is they want those with only five to 10 years’ experience.
How about the new graduates who are coming out every year?
Companies should start training workers to be that kind of person they want.
If you can’t create one, do you expect one to come from space?
