Volleyball yet to name venue

 THE Papua New Guinea Volleyball Federation has yet to confirm a venue for the national championships.

The championship was to have been staged in Port Moresby but the redevelopment and construction phase of major facilities like the Taurama Leisure Centre for the 2015 Pacific Games put that plan in limbo.

Federation acting president Bernard Alu said his executives would confirm a venue soon.

He said provinces intending to bid for the tournament should forward their expressions of interest with the support of their provincial governors.
