THE by-election for Goroka district is a slap for the simple people.
Despite millions of DSIP funding for the last 15 years there is nothing to show in the district in terms of tangible infrastructure development for the simple people.
In a short period, simple leader Henry Ame changed the Goroka district.
The construction of the Goroka town market, Goroka street lights, Livelihood project with Oxfam, K2 million funding to Goroka Secondary high school and many more.
My appeal to the simple people of Goroka is to vote for simple leaders who can deliver goods and services and build basic infrastructure to improve the people’s living standards.
