Wabag AIDS Council gets K5,000

WABAG MP Sam Abal gave the local district AIDS council K50,000 to combat the spread of HIV and AIDS.
Abal said the money should be used to hold awareness and educate the people about the incurable disease which was putting at risk the lives of public servants and young people.
He said more people were educated about HIV/AIDS, it would reduce and eliminate discrimination against those living with the virus.
Abal said everyone, including the government, must contribute and pool resources together to combat the disease in whatever way they could.
