Wagambie a plus for NCD, Central

THE recent elevation of the Lae Metropolitan Commander Anthony Wagambier Jnr to Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Central & NCD is supported by the public in Lae.
During his reign as the Lae Police Chief, he set up the sector respond unit (SRU) and has done exceptionally well in comparison to past police operations.
Some businesses were equally important in the provisions of needed material assistance to police during his term.
The Police Code of Conduct has been the centre of exhibition during their official hours, enhancing public confidence in policing matters.
The people in Central and NCD have gained and it’s a loss to Lae City.
Wagambie has the potential to plan police operations to minimise criminal activities.
People in Central and NCD should assist police operations in order to have a peaceful city.
