We want PNC back to form governemnt

BASIC services are the mostly needed services in the remote / rural areas to sustain our daily living.
We want PNC back to form the next government to continue provide these services which they have done such as road infrastructure, schools and hospitals in the rural areas.
We want more of what PNC has done in the provinces and districts.
But there are few districts such as Okapa district is yet to see the light of development.
I appeal to the concerned authorities to investigate where the DSIP funds are parked for the last five years.
Can the finance department also confirm if the DSIP Funds for Okapa District has been released in the last five years?
