Wartoto to appear in court on Oct 17

 AIRLINE company owner Eremas Wartoto appeared last Thursday for mention at the Waigani Committal Court before magistrate Cosmas Bidar. 

Wartoto, 48, from Raburua village, Gazelle in East New Britain, is facing 11 fraud-related charges.

Prosecutor from task force sweep advised Bidar that all court files were completed and given to Wartoto’s lawyer Himson Waninara.

Waninara asked Bidar for an extension to study the files. .

Bidar adjourned the matter to Oct 17 when Waninara is expected to make submissions.
