I DO not see any difference with the buai ban in Port Moresby.
The Waigani market and the Morata and Gordon’s bus stops are where buai sales are thrviing.
Gerehu is worse and I believe other suburbs are just as bad.
On the contrary, the National Capital District Commission has exhausted millions of kina to implement the ban but it is not working.
