Wearing a mask helps

Letters

THE air we breathe is created by God. It moves in the day and causes millions or many small and unseen substances – good and bad – to move around freely.
With the Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation, this theory is no different.
In Papua New Guinea, we do not have the specialised technology to stop the spread of the virus so we must do what we can.
During the day, we move around and breathe in everything in the air.
But, at night, even if we don’t move around, the air around us does and it moves with all these substances that we inhale.
I decided to try wearing a face mask at night, while I slept.
So far, in my night time mask-wearing trial, I believe this has helped me in steering clear of the virus.
