What should we do with the settlements?

Settlements are an eyesore and a hindrance to development in NCD and I feel that they should be removed altogether.

Housing Minister, Prime Minister and NCD Governor, the ball is in your court to provide decent housing for the citizens.
If Port Moresby is to become another Brisbane in population and city standard than you ought to start now with this proposals.
