Where have DSIP funds gone to?

 IT has been three years since we elected our respective MPs into parliament.

A handful of MPs seem to know their roles but the rest have forgotten how they came to occupy the office they now hold. 

Once such MP is the Daulo MP who has yet to produce his five-year district development plan. 

There is no impact project for the district. 

People are wondering where all the DSIP money have gone to. 

If the MP cannot account for the people’s money, it is only proper for the people to seek legal action.
