Where is Bogia administrator?

IT SEEMS that 90 per cent of Bogia development authority chief executive officer’s working time is spent somewhere in Madang in his hideout.
When we need his help on matters, he is nowhere to be found in his office in Bogia.
When we ask about his whereabouts, we are told that he is in town since last week and so forth. We cannot locate his office in Madang town.
Sometimes, it takes weeks before one can have his or her issue attended, if they are lucky to come across him.
This guy needs to be disciplined or replaced.
He is setting a bad example to other public servants in the district.
