Where is Kaupa?

WE have been writing letters to get the attention of Moresby North East MP John Kaupa and expressing our discontentment with him for his total ignorance and stubborn mentality towards fixing the deteriorating road starting at 8-Mile service station to the last block.
Kaupa has been hibernating somewhere.
There are many pot holes in the middle of the road, making it inaccessible for small cars to drive through.
We thought Kaupa, upon seeing numerous letters, will do something but nothing has happened so we’re writing this later again.
We requested this in January and it’s May now.
If Kapua can give funds for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) in the electorate, then what about the upgrading road at 8-Mile, Wildlife and ATS?
If he thinks we are lying, he should drive to these mentioned areas and see for himself.
We gave you a block vote in the last election.
We gave you a pig as well and now you have turned a blind eye on our road.
We do not need money, we need our road to be upgraded.
It is worse now.
Please Kaupa, where are you?
National Capital District Governor Powes Parkop and Kaupa should stop focusing on groundbreaking ceremonies and attend to our roads.
