Why delay results, teachers’ postings?

SIX weeks of holidays are almost over and by now teachers should know their postings.
Grade 8 parents and students should by now, know their selection results.
It’s frustrating that this is delayed in the South Fly division of education, which should have been made known in advance for convenient planning.
I am certain this year may begin with a lot of hiccups.
Expect many teachers to resume duties late and struggling parents not to meet enrolment requirements on time.
About 98 per cent of the officers are locals and from the district, including the provincial education board chairman.
They should know the current livelihood of the people and base their planning on the facts and realities of the people.
We have geographical challenges which makes transportation very expensive and unreliable.
