Why did O’Neill push for loan?

THE prime minister sacked William Duma, and now Don Polye and Mark Maipakai. Duma was doing well, but I will not say the same about the other two. It is hard to say what they have actually done for the country. But the point is, the prime minister is safe within the 30-month grace period and can do anything he likes. Stability is not one of his priorities at the moment. I believe he is up to something and that has to do with the buying and selling of shares between InterOil and Oil Search. Can someone who has the powers to investigate do so and bring into light why the prime minister pushed for the US$1.2 billion loan?
