Why is Wewak Fode charging fees?

THE flexible, open and distance education (Fode) centre in Wewak, East Sepik, is not adhering to the Government’s directives and is collecting fees of K100 as registration and K200 for a subject.
Can Education Minister Jimmy Uguro and other responsible authorites look into this matter and address it for the good of our struggling students and their parents?
I hope the fees collected do not end up in corrupt officials’ pockets.
