VENDORS setting up their stalls and tents outside the Sir John Guise Stadium in Port Moresby, the counting venue for the Moresby North-West by-election. This is not only an eye sore but with rubbish and betel nut spittle strewn all over the place and being right on the main road, this is also a health and safety hazard. Happening right opposite City Hall, authorities need to do something about this.
