Kilakila Secondary’s School hall in Port Moresby had recently been used by the Electoral Commission’s counting officials to count the ballot papers for Moresby South electorate. The National commends the tireless effort made by the officials, thus resulted to the declaration of Justin Tkatchenko as the Moresby South MP. However, the counting officials were not responsible with their rubbish. They used the drain in front of the hall as their disposal area. Seeing betel nut stains, plastic bottles and smoke butts together with all kinds of rubbish in the drain is unhygienic for the students and the staff of Kilakila secondary. Responsible authorities need to get rid of these rubbish before classes resume next week.
