CONTINUOUS rains last week and throughout the weekend has seen Buka Wara in Kwalansam village, Finschhafen, Morobe, flooded. The road is covered with water and villagers are forced to cross the raging river. Vehicles are not able to cross and are stranded on either side of the river.
