BUTIBAM villagers in Morobe have complained about trucks speeding in the middle of the village. The Butibam Road was opened to bigger trucks because of the road work currently going on from Kamkumung Bridge to Kamkumung Corner. Pictured is a semi-trailer at Butibam Village yesterday.
