Levis Joe, from Seal Service Construction, painting road signs on the road edges at the Sir John Guise Drive, in Waigani, Port Moresby. Joe is part of an eight-man team painting road signs on roundabouts and junctions in the area. According to supervisor Joe Malue, their main challenge are removal of betel nut stains.
