This is a common sight around Port Moresby – shoes tied together at the laces and then flung over power lines. The National captured this at the Sir Hubert Murray Stadium roundabout in Konedobu. Not only is this irresponsible, but this is very dangerous. People need to keep their shoes where they are meant to be – on their feet and not meters in the air over power lines!
