This is outside Renbo Stoa in Mt Hagen. Rain has caused flooding because the drains are blocked with rubbish. The city authorities need to get a maintenance team there quickly. Keeping towns and cities clean is becoming a major challenge in Papua New Guinea and cleaning up after careless people is costing cities and towns too much money that can be better used elsewhere. People have to have some pride and behave responsibly.
