People living near the public cemetery at Tee school in Hagen city are calling on the authorities to replace the culvert that has been washed away by heavy rain. The missing culvert has cut off the road completely.
A spokesman said that during heavy rain, the creek usually floods and makes it difficult for the students and people living on the other side of the river to cross.
