An empty classroom at Gorawang Primary School. Schools in Naiyudo LLG of Madang’s Rai Coast have closed down for the year, an official says. Acting provincial education director John Ura said about five primary schools have closed in fear of the Hetwara gang and teachers have all been attached to other schools within Rai Coast.
