Busu road is one of the busiest – linking Vocopoint, Bumbu, Hunter, Malahang and the Back Road to Bumayong and Tent Siti to Situm then linking Nabak and Bukawa highways to northeast of Lae.
This stretch accommodates various manufacturing companies and institutions.
All these companies and institutions, including people, are taxpayers.
However, potholes at the base of Bumbu Bridge and in front of Ampo Lutheran Church headquarter, Balob Teachers College (pictured), Paradise Foods and Beverages, Martin Luther Seminary and Malahang are causing a risk to motorists.
Some months ago, a contractor did a patchwork job on the potholes, but that didn’t last long.
