This huge pile of rubbish was dumped beside the Lae Main Market bus stop area and has been there for some time.
It is an eye sore and poses health risks to the public.
Such poor waste management shows how incompetent the Lae Open MP and the Lae City Council Authority are.
This eyesore calls for immediate action.
