Residents in Madang town have been vocal about having proper town roads and drainage.
Thanks to their persistance, JV PNG Investment Construction Limited is now working on the first drain in town.
That section, beside Ela Motors, is always filled with water during the wet season.
With constant flooding, the roads continue to wear away.
