Someone has plonked this container right in the middle of the footpath on Tana-Tana Street in Boroko, Port Moresby, forcing pedestrians to walk on the road.
The container is covered in a tarpaulin and has been sitting here for some weeks now.
Down the road from here is Coronation Primary School and school children do walk by here in the morning and afternoon.
Tana-Tana Street is busy with motor vehicles in the morning, with people either rushing to work or returning home after dropping off children at the school.
This container is a hazard.
Surely there is a law against this?
