This burnt-out wreck on the side of the road at the Gerehu roundabout in Port Moresby has been lying there for several days.
Firstly, it is an eyesore.
Secondly, it poses a risk to road users, both drivers and pedestrians, especially children.
Thirdly, it shouldn’t be there.
It can’t be difficult to find out who owns it and get him or her to remove it.
If that is not done, then a hefty fine will be appropriate.
