As a concerned citizen of Lae, the industrial city and second largest city in the country, I am wondering when will the authorities look into fixing the bad road conditions at 9-Mile goling up the Highlands Highway to Yalu/Nadzab airport?
The bad condition of the road causes delays and makes children late to school apart from affecting business.
