Despite warnings by National Maritime and Safety Authority (NMSA) and other stakeholders, many small boat operators still do not comply with safety at sea rules.
Small boat operators have been urged to comply with those rules and regulations and register their boats.
They have also asked to have on board safety equipment before leaving shore.
