The Waigani traffic lights near the Kina Bank is notorious for pedestrians rushing to cross the road. Pictured is a pedestrian trying to cross when the traffic lights are green putting the pedestrian at risk of being run over by an oncoming vehicle. Can the proper authorities possibly look at putting up a foot bridge or a crossing at this busy intersection?
