Stray animals are a common sight at Goroka’s main market, roaming freely among rubbish and fruits and vegetable.
First there were just pigs. Now we see cows and horses.
Surely these animals belong to somebody and surely the owners must be breaking the law for allowing their animals to stray into public places.
The solution is soimple: Impound the animals and charge the owners.
