In Port Moresby, the battle to keep the city clean is never ending – and there is always something standing in the way.
Lately, the city has put out rubbish bins, like this one at Waigani, for people to use.
However, there is always the chance that the bins may walk away, with the help of an unkindly thief.
To stop that, the bins have to be chained to a post.
